London City Cruise

Tuesday August 26, 2014

We thought it would be nice to see London from the river so we took a cruise. The first thing we saw was the London eye and Westminster. Next was St.Paul’s and Shakespeare’s globe. The last part of your journey is Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf and Greenwich. Greenwich is a large port ,the birthplace of Henry the 8th and Elizabeth the 1st and the important name 0f longitude. It is from this spot where there time is based.

We got to be on the top floor where there is no roof.  It rained very hard and we wanted to get dry. The bottom of the boat was filled so we got off at Greenwich instead of going back to the port we started at.
